Compliance Analyst

Allegis Global Solutions is seeking a Compliance Analyst to support the Program Office and clients in the MSP and Sigma programs. The Compliance Analyst will provide reporting and audits to Program Offices regularly to ensure compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Collect and analyze supplier onboarding documentation for contingent workforce to determine compliance with standards
• Manage and prepare audits and reports
• Maintain and send quarterly program compliance summaries to Program Office
• Provide guidance and expert advice to Program office, suppliers, or other groups on how to resolve non-compliance issues
• Verify that worker documentation on file for each program is accurate and compliant
• Conduct onboarding, supplier, and program specific audits to ensure processes are compliant with standards
