Job Description
The Sales Support Manager performs numerous functions that are vital in the maintenance of smooth operations within the Sales Department, including customer contact, fielding calls, answering questions via email and phone, and contacting clients and architects to resolve project issues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Required, Bachelor’s preferred
- Minimum of (4) years of related experience in Sales, Manufacturing or Construction Industries.
- Strong communications and customer service background with supervisory experience is preferred
