Quality Technician is responsible for performing dimensional, mechanical, and visual inspections of raw materials, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with manufacturer and industry quality standards.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 6 months to 1 year of quality inspection or related manufacturing inspection role
- Knowledge using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and comparators
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications
- Basic computer literacy
- Ability to visually inspect, measure, and utilize testing equipment effectively
