Job Description
Waitwhile is looking for a Customer Success, Team Lead for North America to join their mission to eliminate wait times. The role will lead a team of 5 CSMs, develop repeatable lifecycle playbooks, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to ensure smooth implementations and strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B-SaaS Customer Success
- 4+ years leading teams (managers or senior CSMs) within both Enterprise and Mid-Market segments
- Experience scaling CS organizations
- Proven track record achieving ≥ 120% NRR and < 5% churn in the Enterprise segment
- Ambitious and Data-driven mindset
- Deep product knowledge and technical curiosity
- Exceptional communicator who can influence C-suite stakeholders, frontline users and coworkers alike
