Ground Operations Agent

This position is responsible for overseeing and providing operational support to airport Ground Operations/Customer Service (Cross-Utilized) Agents consistent with the requirements of company policy and federal and state regulations.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986
• Pass a Criminal Background Check
• High School Diploma/GED
• Minimum one (1) year Customer Service experience, airline industry experience
