Project Coordinator

All Things Metal is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our new Industrial team. The role involves coordinating resources, meetings, and information, and requires 3+ years of experience in a related field.

Requirements

• Owns vendor, subcontractor, and client relations
• Ensures the alignment of services, equipment, and materials is reliable and consistent
• Manages document control and permitting for logistics team
• Arranges and schedules deliveries and drop offs
• Implements meetings and documents minutes
• Supports team at operations and project management levels
• Removes obstacles and barriers to ensure the reliability of the production schedule
• Expense reporting and job cost analysis
• Data entry and department filing
• PO experience preferred
