3+ years of experience in a related field, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and construction experience

High school degree or equivalent, 0-5 years of experience, and ability to pass background check and drug screen

At least 2 years of experience as an ironworker, with experience working at heights and in outdoor conditions, and proficiency in using power tools and hand signals

3+ years of mechanical maintenance experience or completion of a technical/trade school program, hands-on experience with vehicle, small engine, or equipment repair, valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

1+ years of fabrication or welding experience, ability to weld GMAW and Dual Shield, and reliable transportation to arrive on time

3-5 years of experience as a structural steel estimator, strong understanding of architectural and structural drawings, and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

1+ years of experience, construction or loan doc/title background a plus, Microsoft Office proficiency

5+ years of fabrication shop welding experience, Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) a plus, and knowledge of AWS and AISC codes

2+ years of experience as a Journeyman Ironworker with OSHA 10 Certification and welding certifications. Proficiency with aerial platforms, forklifts, and hand tools. Strong understanding of commercial construction
