Maintenance Mechanic/Facilities Tech

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic who is equally comfortable diagnosing mechanical issues on fleet vehicles and equipment as they are jumping in to support general facility maintenance tasks. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who has hands-on experience with vehicle, small engine, or equipment repair, can handle routine maintenance on forklifts, trucks, generators, and shop machinery, and is willing to assist with building, electrical, plumbing, and shop projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years mechanical maintenance experience or completion of a technical/trade school program
• Experience working on vehicles, forklifts, small engines, or similar equipment
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work outside, and stand for extended periods
• Basic understanding of electrical, building, and mechanical systems
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication
