Job Description
All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team. RBTs will work in collaboration with a BCBA to implement ABA therapy plans and strategies. This role focuses on improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) by providing therapy under supervision.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
