Job Description
All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to join their team, supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. The RBT will implement therapy plans and strategies under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate with a team to develop tailored behavior intervention plans.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
