Process Engineer

Requirements

• Lead root cause investigation, containment actions, and corrective and preventive actions for customer complaints
• Participate in new product introduction (NPI) activities and ensure product manufacturability
• Maintain and update the ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 Quality Management Systems
• Conduct internal audits and external audit support
• Create and maintain detailed process documentation
• Provide training and guidance to employees on ISO 9001 requirements
• Identify drivers of scrap and rework and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams in troubleshooting production issues
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
• Participate in Management of Change (MoC) processes
