Job Description
Alkegen is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce cost, and ensure high product quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies (DMAIC methodology a plus).
- Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD, or equivalent).
- Experience with statistical analysis and use of tools such as Minitab or JMP.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
