Ali SpA is seeking an Active Policy Consultant to help unemployed individuals in the Tuscany region with their active policy programs. The consultant will assist with the activation and implementation of projects, assess eligibility, define service agreements, and manage information systems. They work under the guidance of the regional reference-setting body.

Requirements

• Higher education diploma (law, psychology, economics, political science, pedagogy, education sciences)
• Specific training in work orientation methods (master's degree, specialization)
• 2+ years of experience in the field of orientation within the education system
• Good communication and listening skills
• Excellent organizational and planning skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Office suite, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
• Good knowledge of English (B2)
• Knowledge of main portals
• Flexibility in travel
• Residency in Lombardy
