Requirements
- Graduation in Law, Psychology, Economics, Political Sciences, Training Sciences, Education Sciences, or equivalent
- Training in the context of methodology of orientation
- Minimum two years of experience in the context of orientation in school, training, or employment
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Flexibility, results orientation, and strong organizational/planning skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, and Outlook
- B2 English language proficiency
- Knowledge of the main portals
- Mobile access
- Residency in Lombardy
