Per Diem Assistant Athletics Trainer

The Assistant Athletic Trainer will assist in the overall injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, short-term and long-term rehabilitation, education and counseling, and athletics-related health care administration of all Alfred University student-athletes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in athletic training
• Master's degree in athletic training or a related field (preferred)
• Certified by the Board of Certification
• Licensed by the State of New York or eligible for licensure
• Minimum of two years of collegiate athletic training experience
• Teaching experience in athletic training/sports medicine (preferred)
• CPR and AED certification
• First aid/CPR instructor level (desired)
• Valid U.S. driver's license

Benefits

• 20 hours per week at a rate of $35/hr
