Job Description
Aledade is seeking a Market Manager to ensure practices hit quality and savings targets within their market. The role involves strategy, performance operations, staff management, and providing leadership and coaching to team members. Amedade's primary mission is to transform the healthcare landscape by empowering independent primary care practices and aligning incentives to ensure physician well-being.
Requirements
- Resident of Louisiana
- Graduate of an accredited college or university
- 6-8+ years experience with value-based care concepts
- 6-8+ years experience with practice management, project management, and account management
- Project management and accounting skills
