Job Description
Aledade is seeking a Manager of Strategic Initiatives to support the transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing Aledade’s performance and growth. This role involves driving projects spanning tool deployment, adoption, and evaluation to improve EHR workflows and future direction, as well as project management and strategic planning. The manager will serve as a go-to partner for internal teams and be a central figure in shaping Aledade’s strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive professional experience, or 5+ years with a Master’s Degree
- 2+ years in healthcare strategy & operations consulting preferred
- Experience in value-based care strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Advanced PPT skills required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong project management skills
