Technician III - Molding & Tooling Production Operations

As a Technician II, Molding & Tooling Production Operations, you will support the production of high-quality medical devices by performing complex molding and tooling operations with minimal supervision. You will contribute to Alcon's mission of helping people see brilliantly by ensuring production efficiency, maintaining compliance with quality standards, and driving continuous improvement on the manufacturing floor.

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering field within manufacturing environment
• Strong technical skills in operating and troubleshooting molding equipment
• Experience with lens inspection, optical tool inspection, mold changes, and precision measurements
• Familiarity with GMP/GDP, GxP, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain thorough documentation and quality standards
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross-department coordination
• Commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Dedication to upholding safety, compliance, and operational excellence within a regulated manufacturing environment
• Able to work 12 hours rotating shift
