As a Technician II, Molding & Tooling Production Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting the production of high-quality medical devices by performing complex molding and tooling operations with minimal supervision.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC in Engineering field within manufacturing environment
- Strong technical skills in operating and troubleshooting molding equipment
- Experience with lens inspection, optical tool inspection, mold changes, and precision measurements
- Familiarity with GMP/GDP, GxP, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain thorough documentation and quality standards
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset for cross-department coordination
- Commitment to continuous improvement and a proactive approach to problem-solving
