Job Description

As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will conduct complaint and failure investigations, review customer complaint reports, and collaborate with departments to generate technical investigation reports.
Requirements
- Experience in sample inspection, failure investigation, and complaint handling.
- Laboratory experience in a regulated manufacturing or quality environment.
- A proactive approach and strong communication skills.
