Job Description
Alberta Blue Cross is seeking an experienced Team Manager to lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) practice. The successful candidate will have senior OCM expertise and lead a team of change managers to deliver high-quality change management plans. The role is hybrid and requires periodic travel to Edmonton and Calgary offices.
