Alberta Blue Cross is seeking a Team Manager, Group & Advisor Specialist to lead a high-performing team of Client Care Specialists. This role involves coaching and developing a team to deliver exceptional service to group clients and advisor partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a client service, sales support, or advisor-focused environment
• 2+ years of leadership or team management experience
• Proven ability to coach and develop high-performing teams with a focus on service excellence and relationship management
• Strong understanding of group benefits, advisor channels, and the dynamics of the small and medium business market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across teams and stakeholders
• Experience managing performance metrics, service standards, and operational workflows
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a focus on continuous improvement
• Proficiency in CRM systems and comfort with digital collaboration tools
• Ability to travel within Alberta as needed
