Job Description
Alantra is seeking to hire an Investment Banking Associate to help support its M&A and capital raising advisory business. The position will be located in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience with the ability to immediately and meaningfully impact the team, while also engaging thoughtfully with Alantra's training and onboarding practices.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking required
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Focus in business, finance, accounting or similar preferred.
- FINRA Series 79/7 and 63 licenses are required, or to be obtained within the first six months of employment
