We are looking for a People Partner to support AKT's employees across the employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with policy and employment law while enhancing the overall employee experience. The successful candidate will have a solid background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or people operations, with a focus on Talent Acquisition, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Solid background in HR, Talent Acquisition, or people operations
- Experience with HRIS systems, reporting tools, and/or process improvement initiatives
- CIPD qualification or working towards one
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organised and methodical with experience managing multiple priorities
- Analytically minded with experience using data and insights to drive decisions
- Experience working in a fast-paced, creative, or consumer brand environment
- Ability to work cross-functionally with a diverse ensemble across departments and locations
- Passion for creating a workplace where everyone feels they belong and can perform at their best
