Aker BioMarine is a leading human health and nutrition innovator that develops krill-derived products for consumer health and nutrition. We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to support our Human Health Ingredients division by managing global customer care operations and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Manage global customer care activities for an assigned regional customer portfolio
- Oversee the Order-to-Cash process, including order entry, billing, and goods dispatch
- Ensure proper validation and compliance of export and import processes
- Manage transportation and logistics for customer orders and contract manufacturing organizations
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and develop efficient customer care and export/import procedures
- Handle and coordinate quality complaints in accordance with GMP SOPs and quality systems
- Oversee inventory management at regional warehouses in close collaboration with the Supply Chain Planning team
- Participate in logistics-related projects
- Perform analytics and reporting related to logistics cost control and warehouse performance
- Support quarter-end closing
