General Dentist

General Dentist position available at Fort Carson, CO. The healthcare worker shall normally provide services for 80 hours per two-week period, including an uncompensated lunch break. Responsibilities include examining teeth, gums, and related tissues, providing general dentistry procedures, and prescribing medications.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medical in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school
• Current, valid DEA registration number
• Active, valid, unrestricted state license to practice medicine in one of the 50 states in the United States, or the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands
