General Dentist

General Dentist responsible for performing a full range of professional dental tasks, including treatment of dental diseases and health problems, and ensuring correct patient identification through the use of unique patient identifiers.

Requirements

• Doctor of Medical in Dentistry (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
• Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support: Board eligible or board certified as required in the TO
• Experience: As required to meet clinical competency requirements specified in the Service-specific credentialing instructions
• Board Certification: Board eligible or board certified as required in the TO
• Licensure/Registration: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a dentist
