Requirements

• Experience of at least 3 years of project management in the IT sphere as a technical PM
• Leadership, proactivity, and high self-organization level
• Analytical, systematic, and critical thinking
• Experience of working in integration projects
• Experience of working with releases involving multiple teams
• Knowledge and experience of using flexible development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), ability to adapt them to the project's needs
• Knowledge of the principles of classical project management
• High communication skills: ability to find compromises with stakeholders, get and clarify all necessary information
• Ability to quickly resolve problems, make decisions, and take responsibility
• Ability to work with a team, regardless of your or your team's mood, lead, coordinate, and motivate
• Intermediate level of English
