Requirements

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a PM/leader of automation production
• Experience in successful release of several projects, including those related to hardware
• Proactivity, leadership, high self-organization
• Ability to listen and hear those around you, clearly and briefly conveying your thoughts
• Basic understanding of how electronic devices work, what they consist of
• Experience in facilitating meetings aimed at finding an optimal solution in a group of diverse specialists
• Ability to quickly resolve emerging issues, quickly switch between tasks, take responsibility for making decisions
