Accounts Receivable Specialist

Airspace is a tech-enabled freight forwarder that's redefining how critical packages are delivered. As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will handle all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and assisting with collections.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, ideally within the transportation, logistics, or supply chain industry
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
