Welding Process Specialist

We are looking for a Welding Process Specialist to assist the sales department with gaining and retaining core business through Cost Savings Engineering, Shield Gas Selection, Weld Training, Technical Information, and Automation Selection. The successful candidate will have a high level of technical expertise and customer service.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Welding, Military Weld training or Bachelor’s degree (Engineering), or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 4 years welding experience or supply to the welding and fabrication industry required.
• Minimum 3 years in technical sales or direct sales to the welding and fabrication industry preferred.
• AWS Certification or similar welder certifications is preferred.
• Experience in Total Quality Management, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma implementation in a fabrication or manufacturing environment is desirable.
