Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounts Receivable Specialist role is responsible for customer service and collection of accounts receivable within the Region. The position involves maintaining consistent and high quality work, adhering to protocols, and achieving assigned metrics for outbound calls, order release, and worklist compliance. The Specialist will also provide day-to-day customer service, work internally and externally with customers, and maintain quality relationships with branch managers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required
• At least 4 years of prior experience in credit & collections, accounts receivable, finance and/or related field
• Prior experience should include the ability to demonstrate a proven track record of success in a high-volume AR role
• Proficient in Google suite applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• A strong “customer service” mindset and the ability to use collaborative and non-adversarial approaches in achieving diverse goals
