Job Description
AirGarage is a rapidly growing company tackling the challenges of offline real estate operations. They are building a unified operating system for parking facilities and are seeking a Regional Operations Manager to ensure their properties run smoothly, maximize revenue, and provide a seamless customer experience. The role involves operational execution, financial management, cross-functional collaboration, and scaling operational excellence across a region.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in operations (ideally at another start up or company with a similar regional operations model (e.g. DoorDash, Uber, etc), banking, or consulting.
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making.
- Process and systems driven: designs, documents, and enforces SOPs; builds repeatable playbooks; instruments workflows and iterates for quality and speed.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to use data to inform strategy, identify trends, and optimize performance.
- Willingness to travel across the region for site visits and vendor meetings (20%+ Travel).
