Job Description
Aircall is looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives in New York City. The role involves leading the team through the adoption of AI-powered agent coaching tools and our agentic AI Voice Agent, helping SMB and Mid-Market customers achieve measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience
- Experience selling transformational or behavior-change solutions such as AI, SaaS, or workflow platforms
- Strong deal coaching and pipeline management skills
- Comfort getting deeply involved in deals when it matters
- Ability to multi-thread complex customer organizations and drive alignment
