• Analysis of existing supply chain processes of our customers and identification of optimization potential.
• Development and implementation of concepts in the areas of inventory management, sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, master planning, supply chain controlling, and many other supply chain topics.
• Strategic advice on supply chain digitalization and identification and integration of data-driven decision models, AI/Machine Learning approaches, and advanced analytics.
