Requirements

• Analysis of existing supply chain processes of our customers and identification of optimization potential.
• Development and implementation of concepts in the areas of inventory management, supply chain planning, sales and operations planning (S&OP), demand forecasting, master planning, supply chain controlling and many other supply chain topics.
• Strategic consulting on supply chain digitalization and the use of modern tools.
• Bridge between business challenges/requirements and technical possibilities & solutions.
• Support in identifying and integrating data-driven decision models, AI/Machine Learning approaches and advanced analytics.
• Accompanying change processes in the organization – from strategy to implementation.
