The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering impactful solutions for valued customers, driving the development of innovative solutions, and ensuring future products align with and exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor, Master or MBA degree
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Business, Consulting, and/or Product Management, with SaaS experience
- Experience working with large enterprise Pharma customers (Fortune Global 500/Big Pharma/Pharma 50)
- Experience working with R&D teams/functions - knowledgeable of R&D structures and drivers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders
- Independent worker and being able to take responsibility that timelines are met
