- Knowledge of complex stakeholder management and internal and external cross-team collaboration.
- Track record of owning KPIs related to B2B product adoption, engagement, innovation-led growth, or user growth.
- Strong communication skills, adaptable to different seniority levels and contexts.
- Analytical mindset with experience using usage data to influence strategy and drive outcomes.
- Creativity in conceptualizing and executing adoption strategies and related items.
