Renewables Technical Lead

We're looking for a Renewables Technical Lead to connect customer needs with cutting-edge power solutions across the AMEAPAC region. The role requires a highly experienced Power Engineer with deep technical expertise in renewables, excellent commercial judgment, and confidence to manage complex customer interactions.

Requirements

• Collaborating with Sales Teams to understand customer needs and develop engineered solutions
• Working with Modeling, Pricing, and Project Engineering teams to develop detailed technical proposals
• Leading concept development and ensuring the accuracy of outline engineering for complex sales enquiries
• Translating technical requirements from RFQ/Tender documents into implementable solutions
• Supporting material specifications and costing inputs for bespoke purchases
• Managing outline engineering and cost deliverables for large RFQs/Tenders
• Attending customer meetings and delivering presentations on technology and application overviews
• Providing technical sales training on new and existing renewable and hybrid technologies
• Offering engineering advice to Commercial teams on the technical components of bids
