Requirements
- Relationship building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision makers, stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers
- Business Growth: Lead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships and joint ventures
- Cadence: Manage your sales pipelines, track key metrics, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and potential growth areas within the African Mining sector
- Analyze competitive landscapes and emerging market shifts to identify strategic opportunities for Aggreko in the sector
- Develop and refine the business development strategy for the assigned area, in line with short-term and long-term growth goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional matrix teams to align business development strategies with Bid Managers, Engineering, Pricing, Legal and other specialists
- Build a robust sales pipeline and forecast that will yield future profitable revenue/ EBITDA streams
- Deliver all required reports, forecasts, and CRM updates in a timely manner
