Requirements
- 6+ years of experience designing and building large-scale distributed backend systems
- Proven track record of delivering high-volume, highly available systems using AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes
- Experience defining technical strategies for complex projects
- Excellent communication skills for effective technical decision-making
- Strong project management skills
- Deep technical expertise in Kotlin or Python (optional)
