Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enablement, training, or Revenue operations, ideally within FinTech or SaaS.
- Proven success designing and implementing programs that improved field productivity and performance metrics across Sales, Client Success, and Partnerships.
- Deep understanding of selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPICED, etc) and how to translate them into actionable playbooks and training.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to assess effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills across functions and seniority levels.
- Deep knowledge of CRM and enablement tools (Gong, Spekit, Salesforce), including experience tailoring AI tooling (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion) for field use cases.
- A self-starter and coach-minded leader with high EQ, adaptability, and a passion for developing talent.
