Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis (global and/or manufacturing experience a plus)
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, IFS, or similar) and consolidation tools such as Vena, OneStream, or Hyperion
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting principles
- Proven ability to analyze and interpret P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across regions and functions
