Senior Financial Analyst role seeks a candidate to contribute to the financial reporting and analysis of the Market Intelligence business functional groups, with a focus on leveraging big data aggregation and analysis tools to drive business results. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math or related field, and 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Operations, and/or Accounting in a large, complex organization. The role will involve providing high-quality financial information, performing revenue validations, tracking operational expenses, and preparing key hiring and other expense metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Math or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Operations, and/or Accounting in a large, complex organization
- Strong investigative research and analytical capabilities
- Proven ability to develop and implement innovative solutions for operational and financial problems
- Experience with dashboard design (e.g., Tableau) and focused, thoughtful visual display of quantitative information
- Highly proficient skills in MS Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookups, IF functions, etc.) and PowerPoint
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
