Requirements

• Higher education degree
• At least 3-5 years of experience in MS infrastructure operation
• Confident knowledge in MS Office 365, Windows desktop/server environment, networks, workstations, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy
• Basic network and information security knowledge
• ITIL methodology knowledge
• Basic English language skills
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and open attitude to learning new things
• Excellent communication skills, experience in customer service
