Requirements
- Developing and implementing service strategies and operational plans
- Creating, enforcing, and regularly reviewing service level agreements (SLAs)
- Managing customer relationships, regular communication with internal and external customers
- Developing process improvements and service development proposals
- Measuring, analyzing, and reporting KPIs and service quality metrics
- Coordinating the introduction of new services (service design, handover)
- Using service management systems and supporting their development
- Collaborating with the development, operations, and support teams to maintain the level of service
- Planning and managing service budgets, supporting cost optimization initiatives
- Daily monitoring of service operation, incident and problem management, escalation processes
