Job Description
We're looking for an inspirational leader to own Account Management for China. As a senior leader in our China business, you'll shape our culture and team environment, lead key strategic relationships and advocate for the unique needs of our China merchants within Adyen.
Requirements
- Full business proficiency in Mandarin and English
- Experience in a senior commercial leadership position with track record of growing share of wallet, cross-selling and upselling
- Extensive experience in payments, alternative payments methods, or card acquiring
- Experience engaging with C-suites in enterprise companies within e-commerce, digital, online marketplace or platform industries
- At least 10+ years experience in managing teams
- Ability to work from our Shanghai office
