Job Description
Advocates is seeking a Senior Case Manager to provide therapeutic and recreational services to individuals with developmental disabilities, focusing on skill development. The role involves designing training programs, monitoring individual progress, and fostering community integration. Advocates emphasizes a strong team environment and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma/GED
- Bachelor’s Degree; or High School Diploma and two years’ experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to use good judgment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Valid driver's license, operational vehicle, and willingness to use it to transport clients.
- Demonstrated understanding and competence in serving culturally diverse populations
