Requirements
- 7+ years in credit control or collections, ideally in a SaaS or recurring revenue environment
- Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash process, cash application, and reconciliations
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders and challenging conversations
- Skilled in ERP and CRM systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow)
- Excellent data skills – able to identify trends, variances, and risks
