Job Description
Aduro Advisors is looking for a Notion/AI Platform Administrator to manage the ongoing management, maintenance, and enhancement of their AI-enabled collaboration and productivity platforms.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience administering and maintaining SaaS collaboration platforms (Notion, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and platform integration tools
- Understanding of SSO, SAML, role-based permissions, and user provisioning
- Comfortable working with databases and data modeling concepts
- Excellent technical writing skills for documentation and user guides
- Understanding of AI/LLM capabilities in enterprise software
- Ability to quickly master new technologies and translate them into business value
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience developing training materials and conducting user training
- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple work-streams
- Highly organized, process-oriented, and detail-focused
- Experience working collaboratively with external consultants or vendors to implement and maintain technical solutions
